We do not have an ATM in the hotel. We can provide directions to the convenience store located about a 5 minutes by car from the hotel.

I arrived earlier than my check-in time of 3pm. May I still go to my room?

Rooms may be available before 3pm if they have already been cleaned and readied. It is also possible to leave your luggage in our care prior to check-in and we will put it in your room once ready. You are also welcome to wait in the lobby or lounge or visit the main bathing area from 1pm.

Can I have lunch at the hotel?

Lunch at the hotel is by reservation only and advance notice is required. There are also several restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Our staff will be happy to provide you with directions.

Can I bring my own drinks into the dining room?
